You know, whenever I see that scene in FFXIII-2 where Noel introduces himself to Serah and she's like "Okay..." I can't help but feel that he's being a creep from her reaction. ;-; My Noel outfit is lacking a lot of details but I'll be sure to fix them if I ever plan on doing him again.
